Meet Stephanie
I was a corporate VP with degrees from Wellesley and Wharton, working beside brilliant people on high level strategic teams and Fortune 500 clients, and I was stuck. I did excellent work and assumed excellence would speak for itself. I never asked, never negotiated, and never positioned. Nobody had taught me how advancement actually works, or how my own mind works. My self-image kept me from taking doors good people opened for me.
In 2006, a childhood friend in Australia mailed me a documentary on DVD, and it changed the trajectory of my life. I realized that with all my education, I'd never been taught the rules my own mind runs on. So I studied relentlessly. In 2013 I invested in studying directly with a world-renowned teacher of the mind, when the money was scary, and it was the most life-changing bet I've ever made. By 2014 I was facilitating his flagship program and launching my own practice.
Twelve years later, I've coached 300+ senior leaders, delivered 600+ group sessions, spoken to audiences of 2,000+, and published my newsletter every Monday since 2014. Everything I learned the hard way is refined into the BLISS Inside-Out Leadership Method. I've lived every pillar. I rescued myself with this work, and now I teach the rescue.
